The Venture Force ethos is born from a collective love of adventure, travel and an understanding that we are a small part of a diverse and inspiring world. Our ethos is the fabric of our company, driven by all of our staff: our office team, expedition managers and leaders, and our essential in-country colleagues, agents, chaperones, cooks, porters, and guides. We are one big happy family!
Of course we are big enough to manage well planned and well run expeditions; our accreditations, licences, and reputation are testament to this. However, we’re passionate about remaining small enough to ensure that we care about each part of the process, every person involved, our impact on everyone and every environment that we encounter on expedition.
Progressive Adventures
We truly believe that worldwide adventure is there for all and not the preserve of outdoor professionals. Our aim is to make it accessible. Whether you have years of outdoor adventure behind you and you’re looking to push yourself a little more, or you’re considering your first foray into a new world then Venture Force is for you.
We provide leaders ‘without egos’! Our leaders recognise that we all started from the same position and remember what it felt like to take that first step. Our raison d’etre is to assist you through the whole process and enable you to grow in confidence to the level where you feel happy to go it alone, or to take on more exciting and exhilarating expeditions with Venture Force as part of our adventure family. Along the way we’ll help you to develop and extend your comfort zone, increase your skills, meet people from all over the globe, and return fulfilled and eager for your next adventure.
