Nepal
Nepal has so much to offer the enthusiastic traveler/adventurer. Its principal attractions are obviously the numerous Mountain Peaks and high altitude treks of the Himalaya but remember Nepal is literally steeped in history, culture and tradition much of which can be sampled within the hustle and bustle that is the nation’s capital Kathmandu. Add to the already heady blend of mountains and culture some breathtaking high adrenaline white water rafting, kayaking and mountain biking capped off by a safari in the wonderful Chitwan National Park and it’s obvious to all that Nepal is an extraordinary destination and a firm favorite with Venture Force.
With such a huge range of treks we’ve picked just a few of our favorites but remember if your preferred trek or Mountain is not included then contact us and we’ll endeavor to make it happen.
Nepal provides the ideal framework within which to provide developmental expeditions designed specifically to allow students to grow in physical and mental confidence. Whether successfully completing a high mountain pass or providing a small village with clean water and toilet, whether effectively organsing the teams transport & accommodation, or descending a white water rapid in good form… this is truly the ideal forum for improvement.
Many small communities don’t see the direct benefits of tourism, struggling to provide education and health care. Venture Force aim to help these people help themselves. Our projects can entail two/three day supported treks to reach project sites and consist of manual work to directly benefit the community with a sustainable and worthwhile conclusion or can be combined as part of a longer schools development expedition. We’re not there to just paint a wall so actively promote global citizenship through community interaction.
